Port of Port Arthur

The mission of the Board of Commissioners of the Port of Port Arthur will be two-fold: to facilitate development of maritime facilities to create and sustain waterfront job opportunities for the citizens of its district and local region; and the Board of Commissioners will also be responsible for the stewardship of assets and resources and correlate industrial development within the port district.
